Services

Immigrate to Canada through Express Entry

Express Entry is an online system used to manage applications for permanent residence from skilled workers.

Work In Canada & LMIA

Most foreign nationals need a work permit to work in Canada. Your employer who wants to hire you must complete a Labour Market Impact Assessment ( LMIA), which is an approved offer of employment.

Study Permit

The study permit is a document that allows foreign nationals to study at designated learning institutions (DLI) in Canada. Most foreign nationals need a study permit to study in Canada.

Visitor Visa

Most people need a Visitor Visa OR an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to travel to Canada – not both. A visitor visa (also called a temporary resident visa) is an official document that Immigration places in your passport. It shows that you meet the requirements needed to enter Canada.

Sponsor a Family Member

Your relatives can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. You can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada.

Citizenship

To become a Canadian citizen, you must, be a permanent resident, have lived in Canada for 3 out of the last 5 years, have filed your taxes, and pass a knowledge and language test if under 55.

Refugee Claims

Convention refugees are outside their home country or the country they normally live in. They’re not able to return because of a well-founded fear of persecution.

Rehabilitation

For persons who are inadmissible for Criminal activity

If you want to come to Canada but you are inadmissible because of past criminal activity. You can apply for rehabilitation if at least five years have passed since you finished your criminal sentence.

If you have criminal convictions in Canada but no foreign convictions, you can apply to the Parole Board of Canada for a record of suspension. You do not need to fill out a rehabilitation application.

Humanitarian & Compassionate Consideration –H & C

Most people who apply for permanent residence must do so from their home country. However, if you are in Canada, and you would suffer excessive hardship, if you had to return to your home country to apply, then this excessive hardship will be considered.

Protected Persons

A person in need of protection is a person in Canada who can’t return to their home country safely. This is because, if they return, they may face the danger of torture or risk to their life.
