Juris Doctor, Donna Reid-Moncrieffe has worked with the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, as a Federal Immigration Officer for over 18 years and brings with her, significant experience, in the field of Canada’s Immigration Law. She is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant ( RCIC),  authorized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to represent you in all matters pertaining to Canadian immigration.

Donna Reid-Moncrieffe runs her own independent Canadian Immigration Law Consulting Firm. She obtained her BA from York University, Toronto, and obtained her Juris Doctor Law degree from Western Michigan University, Thomas Cooley Law School.

Donna Reid-Moncrieffe started her career as a Senior Federal Immigration Officer, with the Canadian Federal Government in 2002. She launched her own Immigration Practice, A-1 Phoenix Immigration Services in 2016. She offers a full range of Canadian Immigration services to prospective immigration clients, including Express Entry, Sponsorship, LMIA Applications, Visitor Visas, Work, and Study Permits, Refugee Claims, and Rehabilitation Applications. She also has significant experience in obtaining Visas, work and study permits, Permanent Residence, Citizenship, and waivers for other countries.
